Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit existing customers and follow up on their product needs.
- Search for new customers and expand the customer base in the assigned area.
- Professionally present products and current offers.
- Monitor product availability in stores and at points of sale.
- Receive customer orders and enter them into the system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on collections as needed.
- Provide periodic reports on market activity and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance their trust in the company.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (FMCG experience is preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build good customer relationships.
- Ability to handle field work and travel between customers.
- Organization and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
